What it is: Arabinogalactan is a biopolymer that consists of monosaccharides of arabinose and galactose. It is a form of fiber that is found in many plants, but in bigger quantities in coniferous trees, such as pine.

How it works: Arabinogalactans are soluble fibers that feed intestinal bacteria and help activate certain immune cells to support the optimal functioning of the immune system.
